The white wine »Aus Ersten Lagen« Mölsheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Battenfeld-Spanier has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Barren and cool on the nose. Oysters, wet stone, lime, white pepper and smoke. Floral notes of white flowers, jasmine and meadow herbs. Purist, salty and at the same time lively and animating on the palate. Dense phenolics, crystal-clear minerality, citrusy and juicy. Traction and vigour. Very solid.
