Multifaceted aroma, green walnut, ripe apricot, quince, pear, iodine notes, salted lemon, roasted chestnut. Dense on the palate with juicy acidity, fine use of wood and fine tannins, savoury and mineral-salty, rebellious elegance with a lot of drinking pleasure.
