Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Strong use of wood, graphite and Coca Cola, sweet cherry. On the palate a mellow drive of mealy tannin, broad and with an almost opulent generosity. A supple background, characterised by minerals, a powerful vintage type that effortlessly maintains its balance and promises very high certain ageing potential with savoury notes.
