The aroma shows the rather ripe-fruity character of the variety with aromas of red gooseberry, kiwi, pepper and elderflower. Taut and full-bodied, the wine integrates a pithy acidity, a pinch of carbon dioxide and underpins the fresh structure with tactile mineral components.
