With fine wood savouriness on the nose, smoke, roasted hazelnuts, mandarins, cantaloupe melon, fresh lemons, candied orange zest. Lots of juice on the palate, lardy base, infused with delicate, fresh acidity, fine phenolics, good woody savouriness, with good length.
