Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine herbal nuances on the nose as well as a touch of passion fruit, gooseberries and tobacco smoke. The palate is juicy and elegant with a well-integrated acid structure and some cassis and lemon notes. Finishes salty and lingers well, an uncomplicated food companion.
