Tasting from 03.07.2026: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green. Delicate meadow herbs, a subtle hint of mandarin zest, a touch of spices, hints of yellow apple, with a hint of honeydew melon in the background. Juicy, well-structured, fresh and lively, with a firm acidity profile, racy apple notes on the finish, and a mineral aftertaste.
