Tasting Notes
Deep ruby colour with purple reflections and a delicately lighter colour on the rim. On the nose there is cherry, fine blackberry confit, a deep minerality, fresh orange zest and some nougat. The juicy, red berry palate is freshly structured, with fine tannins, leading to a lemony, salty finish. It is light-footed and lively with definite ageing potential.
