Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A light, transparent cherry red in colour. The aroma reveals notes of leather and cherry jelly. On the palate the wine is juicy, almost light-footed, with fine, very discreetly extracted tannins and an acidity that reinforces the impression of freshness and lightness. Despite its lightness, the wine has good length.
