Bright yellow, green hints, silver reflections. On the nose, notes of white tropical fruit, underlaid with subtle spicy notes, lemon balm and hints of candied grapefruit. Juicy and elegant, with a well-integrated acidic structure, mineral-salty notes and a savoury touch. A full-bodied food wine.
