Tasting Notes
Fresh nose, citrus aromas, lime, herbal savouriness, lemon balm, fine smoke. Mineral trait on the palate, gripping acidity, citrus fruit, apple, firm, some vanilla, tightly woven structure, good length and certain ageing potential. Great with food.
More about the tastingComplex on the nose: slightly buttery, citrus aromas and delicate hints of wood. Sparse on the palate, minerality and delicate fruit are in balance. Still very young, should open up further in the coming years. Decanting recommended.
