Tasting Notes
A fine cherry fruit dominates the fragrance, the wood remains restrained and only subtly underlines the fruit. Herbaceous and "wild" aromas reminiscent of spontaneous fermentation are vivid in the background. The palate reveals a wine in an intermediate state between youthfulness and initial maturity; the tannin still has tension, but is no longer astringent. Well endowed with fruit, as the wine is, it has excellent ageing potential.
