This has a medium yellow green colour, with silver reflections. There are aromas of delicate meadow herbs, apple and papaya, a hint of clementine zest, and a floral touch. It is juicy, elegant, with a fine structure, and is delicately creamy, with a touch of peach on the finish. It is persistent, and is a firm accompaniment to food.
