Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet in colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and subtle rim brightening. An inviting bouquet of fine wood nuances, intense blackberry fruit, hints of liquorice, nougat and tobacco. On the palate there are juicy heart cherries with a fine extract sweetness and ripe tannins. It's freshly structured with a mineral-salty finish and feels light-footed, with certain ageing potential.
