Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, opaque core, delicate ochre rim. Ripe dried plums, background with wood savouriness, slightly chocolatey, hints of blackberries and savouriness. Juicy, elegant, fine structure, mineral, black cherry fruit, liquorice and a touch of precious wood in the aftertaste, good food companion.
