Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Lots of varietal typicity on the nose with elderflower, cassis, gooseberries and mango, flanked by some lemon balm and lemongrass, fine smoke. Powerfully built on the palate with good substance, juice, creaminess and spice, rounded off with a dash of sweetness and ripe fruit notes of peach and gooseberry. Fine phenolics, spicy finish.
