A deep ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a broad bright rim. There is an aroma of delicate berry confit, with fresh fruit nuances of cherry, as well as a floral touch. It is juicy on the palate, with elegance, fine tannins, a delicate spiciness, hints of mint and lemon, red berry, some minerality on the finish, and a note of ginger on the back palate.
