Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Fine herbal savouriness, ethereal nuances of mint, precious wood flavours, a hint of cassis and blackberries. Juicy, fresh red berry fruit, vivid tannins, pronounced in fruit and complex, fresh, delicate acidity, lingers very well, cherries and liquorice in the aftertaste, lemony notes, mineral aftertaste, sure maturity and certain ageing potential.
