Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.01.2004

Bright, reductive yellow color, restrained nose, fresh peach note, delicate lanolin, fine vegetal note, new wood on the palate, fresh acid structure, rather sour-esque, lives from the barrique, lemony finish. Fine sweet wine, more like a Beerenauslese than a Ruster Ausbruch. Delicate apricot aftertaste.
