Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Intense yellow fruit, ripe yellow-fleshed peach and ripe apricot. On the palate it shows with a peppery, flashing rocky spiciness, well endowed in substance and density, firm, well-carrying acidity, quite powerful with measured alcohol, pithy finish, a noticeably soil-influenced varietal type.
