Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Somewhat smoky and herbal notes accompany the aromas of red cherries and currants, wood savouriness, also some plums. Compactly built on the palate with well-judged structure, the supple tannins blend well with the balanced acidity. Juicy with texture and fine savouriness, medium complexity, nice flow, conveys a Pinot feeling.
