This has a dense purple colour in the glass. With an elegant nose, there are aromas of plum, blackberry, nuances of fine oak, and some spicy elements, clove, and some cinnamon. It is medium-bodied on the palate, with a juicy acidity, again with dark fruit, beautifully matching toasty notes, some dark chocolate, and cassis leaves. It is silky, with fine tannins, and is juicy with a long finish.
