Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Bright garnet red with copper reflections, subtly cloudy. Aroma of red bean paste, hibiscus, rosehip and cranberry. Almond paste and fresh acidity on the palate, accompanied by red fruit and floral notes. Fine yeasty notes, sweet pastries such as cherry Danish pastry and nougat. Silky tannins, fine grip and a long, fruity finish with a hint of mint. An original, expressive wine.
