Slight yeasty note, candied apple, pineapple, very elegant in the mouth, sweet and sour play on a full-bodied basis. A hint of creaminess, very good freshness, distinctive mid-palate, somewhat discreet in the finish, but the intensity reaches a very good maximum in the mid-palate.
