Tasting Notes

93+
Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Complex aroma: "stony" notes, citrus and roses, a hint of wood and yeast, liquorice, aniseed. A fresh acidity opens the palate, which proves to be taut and full-bodied, medium-bodied in terms of smoothness and suppleness, very good in extract, mineral-polished on the finish. An exciting accompaniment to food.
