Tasting Notes
Bright, light lemon-green with silver highlights. An attractive nose with aromas of yellow tropical fruit underlaid with fresh orange zest, hints of pineapple and mango, greengage, and delicate blossom honey. Taut and tightly-knit on the palate, with white vine peach, mineral and lemon notes, a lively structure, finesse, and a saline finish. Good length. Already drinking well, with further ageing potential.
