Complex aroma: leafy green, rose, slightly balsamic, also slate. Dominantly sweet on the palate, subtle acidity, slightly viscous, a hint of vegetal notes in the transition to the finish, does not quite have the richness promised by the aroma at the end - but the mineral piquancy is excellent.
