Deep dark ruby, with a dark opaque core, purple reflections, a slight brightening on the rim. Fine oak underneath dark berry confit, some vanilla, candied orange zest and cassis. Juicy, medium complexity, fine tannins, black cherries, mineral, good ageing potential.
