Bright gold in colour with brass reflections. On the nose, some lemon balm and quince, fine meadow herbs, subtle notes of papaya, underpinned by linden blossom honey. The palate is juicy and tight-knit, fruity with a hint of caramel, and notes of mango on the saline finish, a good food wine with ageing potential.
