Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.11.2022: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine herbs and citrus nuances, a hint of cardamom, juniper berries, liquorice. Juicy, fresh structure, saline minerality, dark berry fruit, blackberries on the finish, fine spice, tobacco and chocolaty aftertaste, already easy to drink.
