Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fine noble oak savouriness, dark berry confit, subtle cassis and liquorice, some orange zest. Powerful, taut, finely meshed, black cherries, vivid, well-integrated tannins, a touch of chocolate, mineral and persistent, good ageing potential.
More about the tastingStrong ruby, deep core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine herbal spice, black berry fruit, pleasant blackberry confit, some liquorice, a hint of oak. Complex, juicy cherry fruit, fine, silky tannins, mineral and fresh, very good persistency and ageing potential, already approachable, fine salty nuances on the aftertaste.
