The white wine Riesling Smaragd M, vintage 1992 from the winery Weingut F. X. Pichler has been rated in 2018 by Peter Moser with 100 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Wachau in Austria.
Golden yellow, silver reflections. Notes of ginger and coconut, ripe vine peach, hints of ripe pineapple, some blossom honey, dark minerality and ethereal notes. Substantial, very powerful, yet tightly woven and complex, pithy fruit expression, a silky texture, finesse, taut structure, ripe orange, chocolate, lingers incredibly long. (Vinotheque wine).
