Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of fine ripe apricot fruit, subtle blossom honey and a touch of orange zest. The juicy palate has great complexity with fine structured acidity, a dark minerality, and pronounced apple fruit. Showing very good length on the finish, this is a powerful food wine with certain ageing potential.
