Tasting Notes
It has a deep ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a broad bright rim. There are aromas of dark forest berry confit, delicate herbal savouriness, a hint of cassis, fine oak nuances, and hints of candied violet blossom. On the palate there is a medium complexity, with a fine acid structure, well-integrated tannins, a vanilla touch on the finish, and a blackberry flavour on the back palate. It is a versatile wine.
