Tasting from 10.07.2012

Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Fine precious wood savouriness, delicate hints of nougat and vanilla, ripe cherries, delicate tobacco notes, multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, subtle savoury notes, ripe dark berry confit, firm tannins, lingers well, fine plum fruit and roasted flavours in the finish, black berry fruit in the aftertaste, a versatile food companion with certain ageing potential.
