Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Dark cocoa, coffee grounds, wild berries and plum compote on the nose. This is joined by clove, dried rosemary, granite and mulberry. Warm and full-bodied on the palate. Lining with ripe tannins. Well-integrated acidity balances power and finesse.
