Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 25.04.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A light hint of yogurt dominates the nose, followed by aromas of hay and Provençal herbs. The lactic tones also return in the mouth, the mousse is fresh and dynamic, the dosage is quite noticeable and places the wine on the milder side of the brut spectrum despite its fresh acidity.
