A pale straw yellow, a silver sheen. A hint of orange zest, some pome fruit, nuances of mango, subtle notes of blossom honey. Juicy, white fruit, a subtle sweetness, a lively acidity, fresh apple on the finish, a lemony-mineral aftertaste, crisp, good with food.
