Tasting Notes
Golden in colour. Botrytis-scented, dried pear, apricot, somewhat buttery. Very supple on the palate, ripe and well-supported acidity, holds together much better than the overripe notes on the nose would suggest, the wine is round and intense. A very typical and well-balanced Smaragd.
More about the tastingMedium golden yellow. Ripe yellow fruit nuances, a hint of dried fruit, delicate tangerine zest, some blossom honey. Juicy, delicate apricot notes, fine acidity, somewhat broad on the finish, already easy to drink, salty nuances in the aftertaste.
