It has a bright medium greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. On the nose there is an aroma of ripe pear fruit, with a hint of blossom honey, and candied orange zest, it is an inviting bouquet. It is powerful, with a creamy texture, discreet hints of caramel, some white stone fruit on the finish, and a salty minerality on the back palate. It has good development potential.
