Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine roasted aromas, some blackcurrants, a hint of wild berry confit, background of candied orange zest. Juicy, elegant, fine acid structure, delicately savoury, cherries on the finish, mineral aftertaste, versatile food companion.
