Tasting from 19.03.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Complex aroma: red berry, somewhat yeasty and notes of candied orange zest. On the palate a little denser than medium-bodied, fine-grained, restrained tannin on a supple base, elegant palate flow, ripe acidity, with a berry and savoury finish. Elegant Pinot, very well extracted.
