Unser Lagenchardonnay aus der Parzelle "AUF HASSELD". Ein sehr filligraner und mineralischer Chardonnay vom Muschelkalk. Kräutrige Noten entfalten sich im Mundraum. Eine sehr langanhaltende Frische und eine leichte Salzigkeit spiegeln den tiefgründigen Muschelkalk mit leichten Tonanteilen des Weinbergs wieder.

Popcorn on the nose, apricot, ripe yellow apple, dried hay flowers, also stony notes, wet stone, fine herbs. Juicy on the palate with a powerful structure, playful acidity with slightly salty connotations and a chalky mineral timbre, good substance, nuanced, profound and with good length.
