The white wine »DreiStern« Cabernet Blanc, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Friedhelm Rinklin has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, there are aromas of cooked green pepper, nectarine and mirabelle plum. The palate structure is delicately wood-influenced, with ripe acidity, a layer of suppleness, very fine, dense phenolics provide tension and texture. This has a Burgundy-like, well proportioned and stylish appearance. An impressive wine.
