The white wine Rüdesheim Riesling halbtrocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Familie Allendorf has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The nose initially develops a floral or vegetal aroma, followed by lemon zest. Vineyard peach, yellow apple and an attractive minerality are added on the palate. Ideally integrated acidity and tension lead to a good finish. Mineral tones. Sweetish, quite juicy, bright fruit with lively, fine acidity, chalky minerality, delicate floral and red berry notes in the background, quite firm, again sweet finish with traction.
