Pale golden. Peach, Mirabelle plum, kumquat, ripe savoury aromas, caraway, a hint of honey. Nuanced and delicate on the palate, very fine mousse, the acidity lingers and underlines the fruit, savouriness and minerality. A fine single-vineyard sparkling wine, purist without being off-putting.
