A wonderful sense of terroir, mineral on the nose, flint, wet rock, white grapefruit, peach, nettle, lemon balm. On the palate, juicy fruit, stony and salty with notes of yellow stone and citrus fruit, distinctly tart on the finish, elegant, full of finesse.
