The white wine »Muschelkalk« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Frölich-Hake has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Saale-Unstrut in Germany.
Superficially iodised, smoky and delicately savoury on the nose. Supported by chamomile blossom, meadow herbs and wormwood. The palate has a texture, mineral flavour. Finely smoky here too, with restrained acidity. A framework of pithy minerality and fine floral flavours.
