The red wine Hornusser Pinot Noir Stiftshalde Classic, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Fürst has been rated in 2017 by Martin Kilchmann with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Fricktal in Switzerland.
Medium-bodied, rather light red; bouquet of medium intensity, still restrained fruit, notes of red berries, subtle roasted aromas; strong attack on the palate, well balanced, present acidity, still somewhat tart, slightly astringent tannin, spicy component, roasted aromas; finishes quite juicy and long. Elegant, still youthful wine in need of ageing.
