Tasting from 13.09.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

Dark ruby with brightened edges. Intense bouquet with notes of dark forest berries. Also notes of fresh plum, elderflower and vegetal nuances. Full-bodied on the palate, with intense acidity and lots of berry fruit. Subtle tannins and a long, savoury, ethereal finish.
